1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Cazahub application (the “App”), operated by Cazasouq Trading W.L.L, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (“we”, “us”, “our”). By signing in to the App you agree to them.
The App is an internal workforce and business-operations platform. It is provided to our employees and to other people we specifically authorise, as a tool for their work. It is not a consumer service and is not offered to the general public.
2. Who may use Cazahub
Access is granted by us and is tied to your role. We decide which parts of the App you can reach, and we may change that at any time as your role changes. You may use the App only:
- for the purposes of your work with us;
- within the permissions you have been given; and
- in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.
3. Your account
Your account is personal to you. You must keep your password confidential, must not share your account or let anyone else use it, and are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to access data, records or areas of the App you have not been given permission to see;
- copy, extract or remove information from the App other than as your work requires and our policies allow;
- interfere with the App’s operation or security, or attempt to circumvent access controls;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to provide; or
- use the App to do anything unlawful, or to harass or harm another person.
5. Company information and confidentiality
Information held in the App — including employee, customer, financial and operational records — is confidential and belongs to us or to the person it concerns. You must treat it as confidential during and after your engagement with us, and must not disclose it outside the company without authorisation.
6. Connected social media accounts
The App can connect to social media accounts on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok so that comments left on our posts can be read and answered in one place.
- Only accounts that we own, or are expressly authorised to manage, may be connected.
- Connecting an account requires that account owner to sign in through the platform’s own login and grant permission. Never connect an account using someone else’s credentials.
- Use of a connected account remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, in addition to these terms.
- Replies published from the App are published publicly under the connected account, in our name. Write them accordingly.
7. Ownership
The App, its design and its content belong to us or to our licensors. These terms give you permission to use the App while you are authorised to do so; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, carry out maintenance, or take the App offline where we need to.
9. Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or withdraw your access at any time, including where these terms are breached, where required for security, or where your role or engagement with us ends. Access ordinarily ends when your employment or engagement ends.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided for internal business use on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will make them known through the App or by other appropriate means, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
